RE353 is designed to prepare agents for those early interactions by focusing on how to think, respond, and operate in real-world situations from the very beginning.

RE353 is a structured system built around the idea of practice readiness.

It focuses on:

  • Understanding how real transactions unfold 
  • Responding to client questions with clarity 
  • Navigating decisions as they happen 
  • Developing situational awareness from day one 


Confidence

Confidence is built through clarity. By working through real client questions and understanding how to respond, agents develop a clear sense of what to say and how to guide a conversation. This replaces hesitation with direction—so when the moment comes, you’re not guessing, you’re ready.


A More Effective Conversation

RE353 also changes how new agents approach client conversations from the start.

Instead of relying on past transactions, agents use the included publications to guide clients through a curated set of important buying and selling topics—simply asking:

“Which of these would you like to go over?”
This shifts the conversation from experience to preparation—where clients see structure, depth, and professionalism immediately.

Pilot Program Participants Needed

My name is William Walls. I am a real estate author and broker based in Dallas, Texas.


Over the past several years, I have developed a body of educational material focused on the early stages of a real estate career—specifically, how agents approach real-world conversations and decisions from the start.

That work has evolved into RE353.


Before the system is formally released, a select group of new agents is being invited to participate in a pilot program to review the material.

What Participants Will Receive

 Those accepted into the pilot program will receive:

  • Complimentary access to the complete learning system 
  • A 72-hour access window to review the material 
  • The opportunity to provide feedback and a public review 

The purpose of the pilot program is to gather input from real agents before the program is formally released.

Structured Response Training Using Real Client Questions

A real-world learning experience is built directly into RE353 so agents don’t just learn what to know—they learn how to respond when it matters most.


The questions presented are not generic or theoretical. They are carefully selected, high-impact situations that experienced agents recognize as critical moments in a client interaction.


These are the points where credibility is formed—where the right response builds trust, and the wrong response can end the conversation.


Each question, answer, and narrated explanation is intentionally chosen to reflect how real conversations unfold. By working through these scenarios, you are not just learning information—you are stepping into the exact moments that determine how you are perceived from day one.

Who This Program Is Designed For

The pilot program is intended primarily for agents who:

  • Recently earned their real estate license 
  • Are in the early stages of their career 
  • Want to better understand how real-world transactions and client interactions actually unfold 

Important Note

Because the purpose of the pilot program is to gather thoughtful feedback, only a limited number of additional participants will be selected.

Not all applicants will be accepted.
